Do MOAR Faster

We all want our teams to take action that produces results.

But there’s a war on mis-action — the projects that start with rocket fuel and end like a match in the rain. It’s where the best intentions go to die.

It’s also why I built the WAR operating system.

WAR stands for Weekly Activity Report.

It was made for small teams running change projects — process transformation, early-stage startups. Groups where everything is moving and nothing is settled yet.

When an idea inspires us, it’s natural to jump straight to action. The problem is that two steps come first.

Mindset and organization.

Because a growth mindset is essential and action before organization leads to disaster.

Think MOAR — Mindset, Organization, Action, Results. (Fun fact: “moar” is internet for more. As in, “I need moar coffee!”)

What I love about WAR is the flow it creates. The team opens and closes every week the same way, and the whole thing moves — systematically — toward the annual growth stack: north star vision, mission, strategic narrative, directives, deliverables, and down to individual performance.

The only flaw was that it never scaled past the special-project phase. Somebody had to hold it all together — chase the updates, stitch them into one picture, then do it again next Friday. That works for six people and one project. It doesn’t work for a company.

AI changed that. Everyone writes their own week. Friday, it assembles itself — every report into one board, rollup and agenda already in it. Nobody’s holding it together anymore.

It’s how we built the most powerful foot traffic sales conversion system for high-ticket retail ever—Trakwell 3.0, which launches October 1. Every week of it ran through this loop.

So if you want more out of your team, think MOAR and run WAR on your next big change project. Better yet, make it your standard operating system — because like Heraclitus said 2,500 years ago, everything flows, and the only constant is change.

Cheers,

Jerry

P.S. Trakwell 3.0 lands October 1 — the biggest release we’ve done. And we’re writing the WAR guidebook now: the stack, the weekly block, the Friday rhythm. Get on the list for both.
